Appeal to Secretary for State Against ESC Planning Permission Decision Submitted for Birds Lane in Lowestoft Development

After many years of consultation and expert reports we were satisfied of the merits of a sustainable small quality homes development at the Birds Lane site in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

The site is a beautiful part of the urban landscape, perfectly situated close to all local transport routes and amenities, 10 minutes walk to the beach & Town Centre – Making Birds Lane an ideal place for young professionals and families to have fantastic lives and memories.

We therefore submitted a planning application for this development, which ESC were not helpful with this application and decision. This was one of our grounds for appeal in that our amended design of the development alleviates neighbors concerns and enhances the area now and in several generations time too. Watch this space!

Even though we have not had the appeal accepted by the inspectorate, yet we feel our appeal is well merited and as such we are still welcoming interest in plot availability in what, if planning permission is granted we feel will be a highly sought after community to live within.
